Girard Hall
Girard Hall, one of the oldest buildings on campus, is where the department office and faculty offices are located. There are rooms for lectures, graduate student cubicles, computer labs for research and teaching, research labs, and clinic space.
Rougeou Hall
- 321A has 4 separate spaces to conduct research. Two of these areas are separated by a one-way mirror, easily allowing researchers in one space to observe participants in the other.
- 318 has a small entryway containing three small rooms, each equipped with its own computer. There is a much larger space beyond the entryway with separate computer areas designed for additional data collection and for student researchers to work and analyze data.
The Picard Center
The Cecil J. Picard Center for Child Development and Lifelong Learning (200 E Devalcourt St, Lafayette, LA 70506) Rooms 236 and 238 house the Developmental Science Lab equipped with the state-of-the-art Noldus audio-video recording system and coding software, the Observer XT, that allows analysis of behaviors at a frame-by-frame basis.

The UL Lafayette Psychological Assessment Clinic is committed to providing high quality assessments and evaluations at a reduced fee for UL Lafayette students as well as the greater Lafayette area community.
