Psychology Pre-Med Courses
In addition to the courses required for the Psychology Major, students will take:
Biology 110, 111, 112, 113, 220 or 230* and 221 or 230*
Physics 207, 208, 215, and 216
Chemistry 107 (or 105H), 108 (or 106H), 115, 231, 232, 233, 234, and 317
Starting in the 2021-2022 catalog, either Anatomy and Physiology (BIOL 220/221) or Cell and Mollectular Biology (BIOL 230/231) can apply to the PSYC Pre-Med concentration. If you are in teh 2020 or earlier catalog and elect to substitute BIOL 230/231 for 220/221, please meet with your advisor to submit substitution paperwork.

BIOL 110 - Fundamentals of Biology I

Organic molecules, cell structure and function, Mendelian genetics, general physiology and reproduction.
Prereq: Minimum ACT English score of 23 or better or ENGL 101 with a grade of “C” or better, and eligibility for MATH 105
Rstr: Students will be allowed to enroll in this course only three times. Only one course of BIOL 110, BIOL 121, or BIOL 206 can be used towards a degree.
BIOL 111 - Fundamentals of Biology II
